Imphal, July 09:
Following incessant rainfall in the last few days in Manipur and subsequent rising of the Imphal River level, personnel of the IFCD have been put on red alert to meet any eventualities.
According to reports received from the IFCD Flood control room, the level of the Imphal river at 8pm today was 786.820 mts while that of Nambul River flowing close to the warning level of 782.900 Mts.
