Imphal, May 29:
Close on the heels of report of outbreak of a strange cattle epidemic at Tamenglong district, another epidemic has reportedly spread out at Wangoo Ahallup area.
According to information received by the press, at least ten cows/cattle have died of this strange disease in the area during the last five days.
Swelling of stomach is said to be the characteristic of this strange epidemic with young calf being the most vulnerable ones.
The affected cattle usually died within 24 hours, according to reports.
