Imphal, February 11 2009: After winning today's matches of the ongoing 26th State Level Polo Tournament organised by the All Manipur Polo Association (AMPA) at Pologround, Imphal, the Khurai Polo Club, CHingkheihunba Polo Club and Thoubal Polo Association have entered semi final.

It may be recalled that the Lamyanba Pakhang (A) had also entered semi final round in yesterday's match.

Today's first match was played between Tekcham Polo Club (TPC) and Khurai Polo Club (KPC).

The match was won by KPC by 7-1 scores.

P Jotin of KPC striked two goals against TPC in the 2.7th and 4.18th minute of the first chakkar while his teammate Th Momocha striked one score in the 5.24th minute.

I Ibohal of TPC striked one score against KPC in the 2.17th minute of the second chakkar.

Th Momocha also edged one more goal for his team in the 4.7th minute of the second chakkar.

In the third chakkar, P Jotin and M Basanta scored one goal each in the 3rd and 7.16th minute respectively.

L Ojit of KPC also scored one goal against TPC in the 5.41th minute of the fourth chakkar.

On the other hand no players of TPC could striked any further scores against KPC till the end of the match.

The second match was played between Chingkheihunba Polo Club (CPC) Lamyanba Pakhang (B).

CPC won the match after defeating Lamyanba Pakhang (B) by 3-1 .

M Jawan and T Pradeep of CPC scored one goal each in the 1.59th and 7.12th minute of the first chakkar.

In the second chakkar, M Jawan again scored one more goal for his team in the 6.28th minute.

However the third chakkar ended without a single goal for both teams.

Ksh Sidarth of Lamyanba Pakhang (B) scored one goal against CPC in the 6.55th minute of the fourth chakkar being the only goal of his team and lose the match to CPC.

The third match today was played between Thoubal District Polo Association (TDPA) and Meiraaba Polo Club (MPC).

The match was won by TDPA by 8-6 scores in a tough match.

The first goal of the match was scored in the 1.1th minute of the first chakkar by L Thomson of MPC.

M Manihar and P Ojit of TDPA in the 2.2nd 4.25th minute of the first chakkar.

M Manihar again scored three goals in the 3.2nd, 3.16th and 7.15th minute of the second chakkar.

H Pakpak of MPC scored one goal against TDPA in the 3.57th minute of the second chakkar.

In the third chakkar P Ojit of TDPA scored one goal in the 5.49th minute.

On the other hand O Rozer, L Thomson and H pakpak scored one goal each in the 1.14th, 2.21st and 3.47th minute of the third chakkar.

In the fourth chakkar O Rozer of MPC scored one goal in the 2.43rd minute, while S Sadananda and P Ojit of TDPA scored one goal each in the 3.36th and 6.42nd minute.

The match concluded with Thoubal District Polo Association.
