Twenty persons have been allegedly appointed on regular posts in Manipur Remote Sensing and Application Centre without the approval of the Government thereby amounting to flouting recruitment rules.
According to a reliable source, Chief Secretary Jarnail Singh has instructed the Centre to cancel the regularisation order of all these 21 employees.
Apart from not having conducted the required DPC, the appointment of these 21 employees on regular post had also violated the reservation norms of the Government, the source added.
The source further disclosed that the Chief Secretary had instructed all heads of Departments of the Govt to prepare the seniority list of all applicants under Die-in-harness scheme and notify the names of those applicants who have not submitted relevant documents within November 2.
