Imphal, April 21:
Intensifying its agitation against the failure of the State Government to find out the killers of Ahanthem Yaima Singh (62) and Khumanthem Amu Singh whose bodies were exhumed from a jungle in Churachandpur district in March last, Kege Moirang Apunba Lup has decided a mass black flag campaign with effect from tomorrow.
A decision to this effect was arrived at during a public meeting, according to a statement issued by Lup secretary P Priyobarta Singh.
Leaflets detailing on the incident would also be distributed among the people during the campaign, he informed, while seeking the co-operation of the people in any agitational move taken up by the Lup in connection with the killing.
