The MPA, armed wing of the UNLF today celebrated its 18th birth anniversary today.
The Military affairs committee of the UNLF today greeted all specially MPLF constituents, PLA, PREPAK and others like KCP, KNF(P), ZDV, ULFA, TPDF, NSCN(K).
The UNLF has now five battalions and last year the MPA cadres attacked in 32 places and killed 80 army and injured 75 more people.
The UNLF received Rs 14 lakhs from all by collected Rs 50 to Rs 100 from sympathisers and more helps are coming from all quarters.
It saluted all those who sacrificed for the cause.
About 50,000 army and para military forces are utilised.
They tried to reach UNLF camps at Churachandpur and Chandel however they were repelled it said.
Another four Assam Rifles battallion have been called in from Nagaland it said.
Unmanned air borne vehicles were used as helicopters can not be used it said.
Next heavy bombardment from air may be resorted to as it said.
The 24 lakhs population are the strength of the cadres it said.
The Central committee has produced a four point programme so that plebiscite canoe taken to decide on the Manipur India relations it said.
It is waiting for the response of the government.
There is no point of starting a dialogue with the government it furthei clarified.
The cadres are following the battle cry of those who sacrificed their lives in the 1891 war it said.
It gave revolutionary salute to all those who sacrificed their lives and congratulated its cadres for successfully defending all camps.
