Imphal, August 23 2010:
An emergency meeting of the Manipur Hill Journalists' Union held today evening has strongly decried the threat issued to the reporter of Lamka Post by one faction of KNF (MC) over a news item regarding CAMO programme last month, reports our Churachandpur correspondent.
As chances of negotiation were already snubbed, the Union has set 2 pm tomorrow as deadline for withdrawal threat and to tender an apology without which agitation including suspension of publication would be initiated, a statement of the Union has stated.
