PET for 9th IRB (Mahila) rescheduled

Imphal, October 29 2011:
The date for Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for direct recruitment of woman constables to 9th Indian Reserve Battalion (Mahila) at 2nd Bn Manipur Rifles parade ground has been rescheduled.
According to a notification issued by Director General of Police, Manipur Y Joykumar Singh, on October 31 and November 2, the PET would be conducted for candidates hailing from Churachandpur district, on November 3 for candidates hailing from Ukhrul, Senapati and Tamenglong, on November 4 for candidates hailing from Chandel, on November 5 and 6 for candidates hailing from Imphal East district including Jiribam, on November 7 and 8 for candidates hailing from Imphal West, on November 9 and 10 for candidates hailing from Thoubal and on November 12 for candidates hailing from Bishnupur.
The PET for the remaining candidates of all districts would be conducted on November 13, the notification informed, adding that the PET would commence from 8 am onwards.
The notification further informed that the written test for those candidates who are declared successful in PET would be held at 2nd Ban Manipur parade ground on November 18 at 10 am.
The candidates should report at 7 am at the venue with writing materials such as pen, clip board and other required documents for verification.
No mobile/cellular phone and hand bags would be allowed at the test venue.
