Imphal, November 16: The National Assessment and Accreditation Council, Bangalore in collaboration with Manipur university will organise a one day awareness programme cum workshop on �Quality Assurance in Higher Education: Assessment and Accreditation of 12 (b) colleges� on November 19 (10 am) at the MU Senate Hall.

As many as 78 principals of 12 (b) categories colleges of Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland and Tripura would be participating in the programme to explore the possibilities of assessing and accrediting the colleges by national Assessment and Accreditation Council, Bangalore, added a release.

Leikol seminar: In connection with the fourth annual session of Leimarol Khorjeikol (Leikol) a seminar on the theme �Violence Against women in Manipur� will be held on Dec 18 at Manipur Dramatic union hall.
