Imphal, September 03: Network for Social Upliftment (NEFSU) has strongly condemned the failure of the concerned armed organisation to make public the reason for killing of Md Shoukat of Lilong Haoreibi Turel Ahanbi Upakthong and Md Sahidur Rahman of Lilong Chongtham Nungei despite numerous appeals made by various social organisations.

In a statement, Network secretary general Md Iliyas Khan observed that the matter is getting murkier with none of the organisation, whether involved or not involved in the killing of the two innocent persons, coming out to give a statement on this issue.

It has also cause apprehension whether a game plan is being carried out to target the people belonging to minority groups, he said.
