Bimolchandra's father, Maibam Nando said, his son aspired to own his 'dream house' in the year 2009 and tie knot in 2010 .
Visibly emotional Nando added, the house, which is now drawing near to completion, is being constructed with an estimated cost of Rs 30 lakhs, only to dedicate to his beloved son, but not for them to live in.
The three-storeyed house, which has 13 rooms with attached toilets would be kept for his son's friends who visit them, he said.
The then 29-year-old Assistant Manager of Oberoi Hotel, Mumbai was one of the 166 victims who died in the country's bloodiest terror attacks which began on the night of November 26 last year.
On the quantum of punishment to Azmal Kasab, the lone terrorist who was captured alive in the attack, Nando said that Kasab must be given a chance to rectify himself on humanity ground as he is a misguided young man.
But terrorism must be condemned by everybody, he added.
However, incensed Bimolchandra's mother, Sanahanbi wants Kasab be sent to the gallows, so that such senseless innocent killings are not repeated in future.
She lamented that every single terrorist must be eliminated to uproot them from this world.
Echoing the same view, Bimolchandra's younger sister, Sandhyarani said, Kasab took the most senseless decision of massacring innocent people, so he does have the right to live.
He must be given a punishment, even more servere than death penalty, she fumed.
Expressing resentment over the State Government's stoic silence, Nando said that the Chief Minsiter has seemingly forgotten his assurance to give a Government job to Sandhyarani as compensation to the bereaved family.
He further said that his family has got Rs 5 lakhs from Maharashtra Government and Rs 2 lakhs from Prime Minister's Relief Fund, but not a single penny from State Government's side.
Bimolchandra was survived by his father, mother and younger sister.
