As a move to boycott the recruitment examination of district council teachers in Sardar Hills, the Thadou Students Association of Sardar Hills has called a 12-hour chakka bandh in Sardar Hills on October 11 i.e Sunday.
The agitation in Sardar Hills means the traffic disruption along the NH-39 .
The bandh will begin from 4 am on Sunday.
Laminlun, pesident of Thadou Students Association, Sardar Hills informed the media that the students' body will boycott the district council teachers' recruitment examination in Sardar Hills.
Laminlun asserted that unless the polls for the Autonomous District Council (ADC) is carried out, there is no point conducting recruitments of the district council teachers.
The Thadou Students' body appealed all the people to extend co-operation in its 12-hour chakka bandh on Sunday.
Since the National Highway 39 traverse the Sardar Hills, the transporters along this national highway will be disrupted by the bandh.
