In pursuance of its objective to eradicate mass copying in the examination before or by 2005, Anal Naga Students' Union, Chandel has appealed to all the candidates of the HSLC examination, 2004 not to use unfair means in the examination.
Frisking and checking of the candidates would be conducted strictly and stern action would be initiated against those invigilators who are found encouraging candidates to use unfair means in the examination, the Union warned in a statement.
It also directed all the regular (internal) candidates to wear their respective school uniforms when they for their examination.
Meanwhile the Thadou Students Association has appealed to all the candidates to abstain from using any form of unfair means during the exams.
Informing that volunteers of the association would be touring examinations centres located in the Sadar Hills to curb unfair means, the association appealed to all the clubs/organization members to extend support and cooperation to the endeavor of the association.
The Noney Private Centre Committee for HSLC exams along with the representatives of various NGOs have also appealed to all the HSLC candidates to avoid any form of unfair means during the exams.
