Imphal, July 02: IWDFA has forfeited all the matches of the Division II Football League Tournament 2003-04 involving DM Rao, Awang Sekmai.

Decision to penalize DM Rao has been taken for the team�s inclusion of M Gouramangi Singh and Ch Chitrasen Singh who are termed as �ineligible players� for the tournament.

While all the DM Rao matches would be ruled as having lost by 3-0 margins the IWDFA has also imposed a fine of Rs 2000 against the club to be paid within July 8 failing which further disciplinary action deemed fit will be initiated.

Meanwhile, IWDFA has also asked SICO, Haobam Marak to show cause as to why disciplinary action should not initiated against the club for violation of the tournament conduct rules (Art Nos 23 & 24).
