Jiribam, August 23 2009:
Showing solidarity with the Kaiphundai Students' Union, Zeliangrong Students' Union, Barak valley has demanded befitting punishment to IRB personnel who thrashed KSU vice-president Kakhandai Gangmei severely on July 25 at a place between Khongsang and Rengpang on NH-53, reports our Jiribam correspondent.
The union condemned the thrashing besides snatching of his gold chain without any reason.
The union also pledged support in any agitation to be launched by KSU in this regard.
