CPI legislature has no rights to demand resignation of the O Ibobi.
In the 2007 Assembly election, Congress won in 29 sit and CPI in four seats.
As Congress has no position to form new government, with CPI, the SPF government was once against installed for the second term.
If the party willing to withdraw support to SPF government and party instruct him to resign, he will tender his resignation.
There is no problem while tendering resignation, Parijat said.
The minister also said that corrupt practice in the state is very high as people are thronging ministers' and MLAs quarters for bargaining for job with money.
There is still the need of a social transformation.
If MLAs demanded money for appointment or doing something, people can raise voice against them as now time has arrived to eliminate corruption from the soil of the state.

CPI born out of struggle.
The party will go together with Congress so long as there are no differences.
