Imphal, March 20:
Following reports of siphoning of a large quantity of the State's Kerosene quota every month by black marketeers after being transported to Imphal from Khatkhati, the State Govt has instructed the State Home Dept to look into the matter and take up appropriate action against the black marketeers.
Sources said that the State Govt was forced to take the decision on account of the artificial scarcity of Kerosene created by the black marketeers.
