A ceasefire ground rules review meeting between the Government of India and the NSCN-IM will be held on June 14 in New Delhi, reports NNN.
Reports received here said that , NSCN-IM Cease Fire Monitoring Cell convenor Phungthing Shimrang, the outfit's Steering Committee convenor VS Atem and other senior members of the NSCN-IM will participate in the June 14 meeting.
Cease Fire Monitoring Cell convenor Shimrang informed NNN that the June 14 meeting will deliberate only on matters related to the ceasefire ground rules.
Meanwhile, NSCN-IM general secretary Thuingaleng Muivah continues to camp in Phek district of Nagaland.
So far the NSCN-IM has not disclosed the next move of their leader.
After a month's time halt at Viswema village in the Nagaland-Manipur border area, Thuingaleng Muivah had moved to Phek district.
NSCN-IM leader Thuingaleng Muivah had come to Viswema village on May 4 as his stop-over on the way to Ukhrul district in Manipur but due to the intense pandemonium over the itenary, the NSCN-IM leader prolongated his stay at the Angami village.
