Imphal, October 29 2009:
Two mobile medical vehicles are currently at work in Senapati district under DRHM.
This was stated by Senapati District Programme Manager of National Rural Health Mission Elizabeth RK today during Bharat Nirman Public Information Campaign being held at Senapati district Hqs, conveyed a PIB press release.
NRHM and Right to Information Act were discussed on the third day of the campaign today.
Elizabeth said that Senapati district has two PHCs which provide 24 hours service in a week.
Building construction for 19 PHSCs has been completed.
Buildings for five PHCs would be constructed in the second phase.
So far, 787 ASHAs belonging to different villages of the district have been trained, Elizabeth said.
