COHSEM Secretary Dr H Nabachandra Singh and AMRPSWA Chief Advisor N Tomba were present at the programme as presidium members.
Speaking at the occasion, Dr H Nabachandra said, in order to bring stricture to higher secondary education, the Council has decided to penalise the Principals with Rs 50, 000 if he/she fails to submit admission and examination forms to the Council within given deadline.
However, the Council would extend last date of form submission twice for every admission and examination, he added.
He said that the Council would issue a strict directive to the schools in this regard.

The figure has shot up to 30,000 students this year, he added.
