Imphal, June 19 2009: RPF has refuted the statement of PRO HQ IGAR (South) that troop of 12 Maratha Light Infantry arrested one PLA cadre identified as Heishanam Subol alias Jobon (40) s/o late H Ibocha of Nambol Sabal Leikai during operation in the morning of June 16.In a statement chief of department of publicity of RPF GM Changjou said Jibon has no connection with the outfit or its armed wing PLA and the claim of the PRO IGAR (South) was nothing the old habit of dubbing arrested innocent persons as UGs.
