Imphal, June 23 2010:
At least 247 goods laden vehicles including petrol and LPG tankers left Jiribam for Imphal today, reports our correspondent.
On the other hand, 218 goods laden trucks bound for Imphal are stranded at Jiribam.
On Monday about four hundred goods trucks arrived at Imphal along NH-53 after the lanslides near Tupul were cleared with the joint efforts of the State PWD, BRTF etc.
Following this, 17,513 quintal of rice is in stock now, said Y Erabot.
