he week-long competition in various disciplines of sports of Mt.
Everest College, Senapati has come to an end today with Frnacis Ngajokpa, Minister (Power, Hort & Soil Conservation) as the chief guest of the closing ceremony.
The function was attended by Dr.Prem Singh, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Senapati as the guest of honour and flanked by many dignitaries, distinguished guests, special invitees, sympathizers and well-wishers.
V Alexender Pao, principal of college gave away the presentations and momentoes as the mark of his appreciation and gratitudes especially to the village chief of the adjacent villages besides the gifts of the higher-ups.
The chief guest in his speech said that Mt.
Everest College is like a garden which serves as a rendezvous in harnessing and harvesting the various talents of the students drawn from various district of the State.
And he also advised the students not to remain idle but to be alert and work hard for the attainment of their dreams and ambitions.
