Imphal, November 05 2009:
Along with sending a summon notice to the proprietor of Maimu Pharmacy, where Chungkham Sanjit was allegedly shot dead, for coming to record his statement on November 11, the Agarwal Inquiry Commission which is probing into the July 23 Khwairamband Bazar firing incident has issued arrest warrants against two injured victims.
Accordingly to a reliable source, besides sending summon notice to the proprietor of Maimu Pharmacy, the Commission has issued arrest warrants against Ningthoujam Keshorani and Assam Rifles personnel P Lukhoi who sustained injuries in the incident.
Earlier, the Commission had issued summon notice to another injured person namely Mangal Golmei for recording his statement.
