The night-owls
Kam Zalen *
When other mortals return, they set for work,
When others are asleep, they return;
When others wake, they are in deep slumber,
Others come home happily rewarded-
They return feeling infelicitous, like unhappy caravans.
Yet, they murmur not.
Nobody envies them, none they covet.
