The World Full of Chaos
Y Indira Devi *
The world is full of chaos life is unsettled unable to eat and work is the living being.
Alive at this moment
can't predict tor the next moment
like the water on a lotus leave
the moment
it's poured out is what world is waiting for.
Ah! wasted for nothing many a pillar of future my son, you mighty one my daughter, you intelligent one.
Like Meiranbi' jumping into flame
thinking to control the flame
only to die rolling and kicking, like this
without completing life's duty
wasted in vain
for them with bitter remorse
to wail loudly
and tolerate everything, except this
what other means is left.
A word turning into scandal
a hurdle blocking the step
sorrows in every step
the tree of life has been pulled down.
A strong storm
blowing from nowhere
has made me unable to do anything.
The wind of doomsday
when will it slow down
a life about to die of suffocation
when will it be able come alive again ?
What is wanted is to become alive
A new birth, a new incarnation ;
A peaceful, cool and calm country
Rules and regulations of nonviolence.
Meiranbi: (moth), a local insect attracted by flame
