The Ant
Lunglaigong Rongmei *
Our close and loving neighbour,
Tireless and giant worker,
Champion and mocker of winter,
Scarcity is not in thy house .
Thy barn remains full every season.
When mankind remembers his summer and regrets,
Thou mock his folly, but still on work.
Unity is you, division is mankind.
Unity is your arms to slay thy enemy.
Together we stand, divided we fall,
Is your battle cry.
Laziness is hell for thee.
Your each cell marked with diligence.
You always shout 'work and eat'
That satisfies God than sacrifices
While mankind always 'shout steal and eat'.
Teach us thy way, thou heavenly messenger!
