Consumer Partner Custom engineering team helps develop business solutions and applications for McAfee’s partners. About the Role
QA Project Lead – Testing & leading Supportability QA projects.
He/She should be able to work independently in the setting up and implementation of white box testing strategy for the team.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Testing Client-Server application, web application and console based application (Both Windows & UNIX based).
2. Lead multiple QA projects.
3. Use test coverage tool and analyze the coverage report.
4. QA planning, tracking & metrics reporting.
5. Interface within the team and management.
6. Address customer (McAfee Product teams, TechSupport, External customers) issues and questions, as needed.

Experience & Qualifications:

1. At least 7-10 years of experience in QA testing including at least 2 years of experience in leading/managing multiple projects & a team.
2. B.E./BTech/MCA and above from a reputed engineering institute equivalent to NITs and above. Preferable from a reputed product based MNC.

Act as point-of-contact for Gold customers of McAfee Inc. Handle escalated cases from Tier-1 engineers Guide, mentor and coach Tier-1 engineers. Provide technical leadership & guidance to Tier-1 engineers Handle Pre and Post-sales escalations raised by McAfee sales teams. Develop the proficiency in one or two McAfee products. Handle multiple cases at the same time with varying degrees of severity. Work in a team with assorted expertise. Update customers on progress of their cases on a regular-basis Leverage team members’ expertise to deliver resolutions to customers in a timely manner .
