Inevitable dawn to days are passing incredibly and the world runs as terrene, 'Theory of Time' stands still complacently without any concrete whistle to bring back the lost men verdicts of injustice; and the tranquillity of the people of the state burnt incessantly will just a history only tomorrow but yet the smokes of the flame on the surface remained alive.

I just simply felt a deep sorry and definitely rouse a sentiment of being isolated (not only me but all of us) leaving desolate in despair, and the emotional feelings of emancipation waken to fly high and show the world that we are also human being; and we have the right of self-determination more than ever, because we deserved to be live in peace and independent though the custom of the present day society is bound to live within the system of constitution.

What else do we expect from a best intelligent investigative and most vibrant agency of India, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI)?

It is damn irony that our befooled political leaders are expecting a justice from CBI, who never gives any justice from head-to-toe and from high-profile cases to the grass root level across the great sub-continent India.

Rather than some Hawalla cases and unparalleled low-profile cases what else did CBI had brought fairness and justice so far since the agency has gave birth and came in light which is boasting themselves as less-likely equivalent to the Federal Bureau of Investigation of United States of America in terms of the conduct of operation and investigation, yet the jurisprudence is definitely unparalleled.

I would rise my voice, and will say again and again "wake my beloved people, you have been sleeping for more than fifty nine years" it is strong enough that we are dupe beneath the rotten and fractured political system in which the highest executive public body, bureaucracy live under the caste-ism, regionalism, sectarianism and communalism; and most prominent judiciary system of the country which often intervened in every avenue instead of having the largest democratic legislature in the world has the most elaborated geneses of laws.

It is high time to extract the abstract of the peoples' determination and the most ideal approach to the reach the conditional phenomenon of the humanly participation in every fields and in every avenue. The unconditional improvised sentiments which battered left the people in desperate in the decades old political and armed turmoil should not be crop with the participation and attainment in the international arenas and world competition.

Radicalize word of self-determination (I say, referred by the trustworthy and pro-Indian), yes! Let the words of radicalism or anything be suffix, anyone may called it as fundamentalism, separatism, and more over the secession, insurgency or militancy but here I am more concerned and meant at this juncture is of world to come and point at us oh! There is Manipuri.

Reminding the participation of Belarus in the United Nations Organization's member status in 1946 before she was far from independence from Soviet Union, and the legitimate participation in the Olympic game and in other international platforms of various activities in a likely democratic trend.

The participation of Hong-Kong as a separate state though the landmark of 1999-2000's freed from British paramountcy, the participation of Tibet as a separate state though dispute and settlement of Tibet's independent is unlikely to be achieved according to the International jurisprudence of United Nations and the International Criminal Court.

A juncture to approach and demand of the said necessity to the international body is highly recommended; Laishram Monika is not the only one, who left desolate in the loneliest island of desperation and shadow, we have more experience and it is needless to say the battered hearts of the sports person and sports loving people of the state from hundred of accounts.

It was only yesterday, the discrimination of Nilakamal a hockey Olympian, the infamous unjustified selection of the aspiring body builders for the Asian championship, the authority failed to send Sepak – Takraw team in Asian Games held in Japan only because most of the players are from Manipur, and many untold stories lie folded.

Discrimination and segregation still warmth the sentiments of the minority people of India, nevertheless the mere compliance for the favoritism that slams sentiments and career of the sportsmen always place nowhere in vain finally.

The Krishnamurthy Commission was just a casually de jure exercise to freeze the blazing trauma of people of the state, because they know that present citizens are more trustworthy to the government and it is their duty to bring back a normalcy anyhow.

For the instant, one man commission report has been submitted; the report concludes that though Monika was not sent to Beijing Olympic at zero hour, there was no offence to be executed to the authorities involved in the case of doping test but in the future to come the concern officials are to be more serious and conscious' and in the meantime concern SAI Director, RK Naidu has been transferred to a more secure area.

The people of Manipur and the moron leaders are more serious and promising by expecting a justice from CBI, so that's why they all are recommend to be commission by the CBI. What else could CBI do at this moment, should we trust CBI and do we shall believe that they will bring a justice and take a stringent action against those involved in the Monika's doping conspiracy?

Here the people should be more serious about the matter because, it is all about the question of human rights violation, racial segregation, discrimination, regionalism and moreover a case of conspiracy theory. So we can't take it as in light manner and unfortunately Monika's case reminds us of those decades old untoward conspiracy theories.
