Lest The Martyrs Are Unburied
Nkthang *
In the midst of chaotic toned politics of ethnic manipulative tribalism,
Where diplomacy opens its clever eyes for the vision of divisional unity;
No organization is competent to farewell the martyrs royally in trumpet,
How long will thou gam-le-nam lingers with inducement venom of outsiders?
Where perplexity crawls into the junction of the lamkas' egotism, shouts
Lest the martyrs are unburied, they died not in vain -but to pave one way.
All ye seconds, minutes, hour, days, weeks, months of the pining hearts,
With lovely seasonal air of autumn, summer, winter and spring;
Haven't you see, O the live long years of the earth and firmament?
All ye seasons of festivals and occasions, acknowledge the martyrdom.
Honor them; Salute them, all in the attention of Saf-dhand!
For, lest the martyrs are unburied, they died not in vain -but for our gains.
Let them lie unburied in the traditionally honored acculturative lore.
In the title of Saanglaiya-kitung, culture of honoring the death body;
Why can't centurial-christianity assemble the scattered in taut for solution?
If science can holds on to preserve mortal remains safe in cabin.
May the World Record, records it for future political unison of the unau!
Lest the martyrs are unburied, they died not in vain -but for our betterment.
May the Most-high exposes Kuki country of tribes in full degree,
Until unresolved problems are seen as the need to be answered;
Is revelation sightless even when they heard the voice of prayer?
Lal-jesu prays "That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me,
And I in thee, that they also may be one in us." Kukis' political unity for all;
Lest the martyrs are unburied, they died not in vain -but for better future.
Hold on, hold on and on, for the time has not yet ripe to lay them sealed
And the seasons of flowers are not been seen budding to spew out to them;
How long will thou gam-le-nam waits for the healing of land and people?
May the murmuring meetings and discussion sojourn the unresolved folks!
Until the bell rings and drums beats up to comfort the living wounded hearts,
Towards the accord of the nine-martyrs, for they died not in vain –but for unity.
