Is Love, A crime
Ruby Tongbram *
Is love a crime?
I doth ask
And I know not why?
A voice among the fog
Unseen, to be seen
In answer voiced,
Love's a blinding shade to one's eye
Darken the realities eye
Blinds not, blinds thee eye!
Is love a crime
I doth ask
And I know not why?
A voice within the debris
Under the very earth I stood
In answer voiced.
Love's an edifice designed to fall
Lost not her plantoming shelter
Shelter's not, abondons thee eye!
Then beheld, I a nest with two saw,
they nursing white stones to life
Come a snake, anticipating feast
Slithering, slithering towards a heavenly feast.
Mortal combat the saviour saved but bitten to death.
The other despair, Rise beloved!
Shook me and more my belief this seem
To saveth beloved, worthy sale one's life?
Is love a crime,
I doth ask
And still-still know not why?
