A Stranger in Disguise
RK Premrose *
You were a plain stranger to me, when I first saw you
A young lad of twenty, I supposed.
Merely any attraction or interests you left behind
This all I barely could say about my first encounter with you.
My life played a role which disguise me to it's fullest
Everything I've nested so carefully for ages, was gone in a jiffy
None to be blame for the disaster, I created it and I destroy it.
Ever since then, I wonder, 'Was my path changed to the right direction'?
Leaving behind all my inequities, I try my best to show my qualities
I was dishearten for couple of days and series of unbear able pains.
Now, you happened to show up again
Let's say, fate brought you up right in front of me,
As simple as that can be.
Your rudeness, harshness and boldness intrigue me
I wanted to know you more, more than anything
Beneath that hard shell of coverage, I discover an innocent lad
A boy, who is so soft, soft as the softest cotton ball.
Slowly you gave light to my life, emitting all the darkness
Seizing my pain with all your gains
Making me re-live life with the best moments
Like a child born again, I start my journey again.
