A confusing solution, if happens

It’s not official but the final solution of the Frame Work agreement between the Government of India and the NSCN-IM is likely to be the Pan Naga Hoho model.

Both the government of India as well as the NSCN-IM authority have not denied when reported this to media.

In the Pan Naga Hoho Model, territorial boundaries of all states in the North East India will not be disturbed, an assurance made by the Prime Minister and Home Minister of India.

So, there is reason to believe that the Pan Naga Hoho model is the final solution for the Frame Work Agreement.

Now if this is the solution then will the government of Manipur simply agreed without understanding what is all about Pan Naga Hoho Model?

The Pan-Naga Hoho is a statutory body with Executive authority, Budgetary and Negotiating powers.

Being a statutory body, it will function beyond territorial limits of any state and will be able to operate in any state where Nagas are settled in the region.

The Pan-Naga Hoho body will have a special and separate budget to cover all the Naga inhibited areas and there will be equal representative from all Naga inhibited areas.

This meant that the government of India is legitimising the authoritarian of all the so called Naga Inhabited area in the North East India.

The general election of the Nagaland State legislative Assembly is scheduled to hold somewhere in March 2018.

And before the commencement of the general assembly election, the BJP led NDA government at the Center is working out a modality to solve the vex Naga Issue in a simplified manner.

That is by keeping its words of keeping intake of the territorial integrity of the neighbouring states of Nagland, i.e., Manipur, Assam and Arunachal Pradesh and also by giving something to the NSCN-IM.

To the Centre the Frame Work Agreement is for all Nagas but everybody knows that the agreement is a deal with the NSCN-IM only.

The significance about the joining of six Naga Political groups to the talk with the Indian Interlocutor RN Ravi is not yet known, even though there are rumours about these political groups supporting the Frame Work Agreement.

If the final solution is the Pan Naga Hoho, as demanded by the NSCN-IM, then there is a tendency to breach peace and harmony in the state of Manipur as certain areas are being claimed as Naga Inhabited areas by the NSCN-IM when the reality is that there is such areas as Naga Inhabited area in the state of Manipur.

Demography of the state is in such that various ethnic group inhabited in cosmopolitan structures in almost all place.

When comes to Nagaland state too, emergence of ethnic base administration will replace the existing democratic form of government.

Or else what do you mean by representation from each tribe in equal number to the Pan Naga Hoho.

The modality itself is also a contradiction to the Constitution of India.

When the talk is being held under the purview of the Indian Constitution then Indian authority will certainly look upon it before it is being lifted.
