Government of India is steering towards a geopolitical confrontation?
- Naga International Support Center, NISC -
Mobile Office, October 12 2010
Or, with the illegal arrest of Anthony Shing -on Nepali soil- India and the clash with Manipur, is it only to testing the limits of the Nagas?
The inconsistent if not erratic behavior of the Government of India; it acts like a two headed dragon of which one head talks peace, while the other ugly head undermines, as much as it can get away with, the efforts to solve the self initiated long term conflict.
Because the execution of the unpublished policies of the Government of India is risky, the Naga International Support Center seeks answers to these important questions:
- Does the confrontation head acts independently of the peace seeking head? Important because this could mean that Indian Intelligence Organizations like RAW and IRB are in charge and not those who are politically accountable namely the cabinet.
- Has the Government of India planned the arrest of the head of Foreign Affairs of the NSCN? This is a relevant question due to the Fact that China lurks; already China likes to wrestle parts of Arunachal Phradesh from what is India now still. It looks rather obvious that – illegally- arresting a foreign affairs agent means that there is fear for what might transpire.
- Is the Government of India planning to break the ceasefire to continue the war but then by way of military means?
- Does India seek Geopolical confrontations now that it thinks it is –economically- on top of the world?
The Naga International Support Center offers the Government of India this free advice: Never start a war, when you cannot win it! Never provoke when you cannot predict the consequences, to provoke an emerging superpower is to invite defeat and…. never be so haughty that you are blinded by your own light.
