This request is not to be taken as a communal bias, but it should be treated as a request for National Harmony by getting rid off all communal practices in the Country for National Harmony. By all means communalism, regionalism and social discrimination ought to be done away with by authorities, and every individual citizen rights must be protected. Any kind of rights violation must be stopped by punishing the guilty.
No one would ever believe that the kind of right violations to the extent of murdering young girls after rape could ever happen in the Capital City of the Nation Delhi and her suburbs.
Your kind findings of why such crimes keep happening, and the kind of actions taken by the responsible authorities may please be informed to the undersigned and all concern.
