Planning Department notice No. 2/Skill/Dev/2009/Plg dated 28th Sept 2010 undersigned by Mr. R.Sudhan, Joint Secretary, Planning, Government of Manipur,which was published in Poknapham daily paper dated 2 nd october 2010 will required some clearification from the Joint Secretary Planning. The notice says ‘walk-in-Interview for the selection of 50 candidates in 2nd phase for undergoing job guaranteed skill Development training programme in collaboration with SuryaVinayak Wellness Ltd., New Delhi, in the filed of beauty, Hair,Make-up & Spa Therapies for the educated boys and girls candidates will be held on 4th and 5th October, 2010.

Cost involved is Rs. 1.10 lakh of which Rs. 0.60lakh is sponsored by State Govt and Rs. 0.50 lakh by the candidate.Selected candidates will have to pay Rs. 10,000 as registration fee and balance of Rs. 40,000 (in three equal monthly installment) Registration fee of Rs. 10, 000 from the selected candidate will be deposited by 6th & 7th October, 2010.

Mr. R. Sudhan must first clearify the affiliation of Surya Vinayak Wellness ltd. before course conduct. Last year, Surya Vinayak Wellness Ltd was posted as affiliated to CIBTAC,UK but it was found incorrect.Sidri International Institute,Janakpuri,New Delhi for Beauty & Health Equipments-Sales, Repair and Training Services.and Business Promotion Techniques & Services for Parlour is the only institute affiliated to CIBTAC,UK in India. Institutional affiliation is very important.

If you want to affiliate Surya Vinayak Wellness Ltd in the Council for Heigher Secondary Manipur for the interest of Planning Department and Surya Vinayak, first,the institute must be established in Manipur State like Centum Learning Centre( Bharati Group) being run at Babupara Imphal .

Second, Fee structure of total Rs.110000/- ( Rs.60 thousand by state government and Rs.50 thousand by candidate) in which unnecessary expenses of consumable cost with kids Rs 16000/- and course material and stationary Rs. 3000/- , total Rs.19000/-are included. Indian Skills will be the best in Cost Benefit analysis in this regard.

Third, last year feedback of fooding and lodging problems of students must be discuss before commencement of course conducted by Surya Vinayak Wellness Ltd. Many students has complains about placement salary/facility, last year.

Mr. R. Sudhan, Joint Secretary Planning must clearify the above three points before you conduct the interview for selection of candidates.Parents must be allert and must get prior informations before admitting your children for this courses and institution.
