Manipur issue at high profile BJP's conclave at New Delhi

Shri Sh. Shantikumar Sharma, President BJP, Manipur Pradesh raises Manipur issue at high profile BJP's conclave which was held at New Delhi on Yesterday. The top brass meeting was attended with all the National office bearers of BJP along with President of all the State unit and its General Secretary(Organisation). Shri Shantikumar Sharma was the only speaker from the North East State to raise the issue in yesterday's conclave. Shri Sharma point out the present prevailing situation of the State and seeking special attention to intervene by the central leadership.

During the conclave, Smt. Sushma Swaraj, Hon'ble leader of opposition (LS) share her views regarding the Manipur problems aftermath the withdrawal of economic blockade in the state. "I know the present problems of Manipur and I also visited a high profile Parliamentary team along with Shri SS Ahluwalia, Deputy leader of Rajya Sabha, Shri Chandan Mitra, MP(RS) and Shri Chandrasekhar Raoji, Zonal organizing Secretary, NE states, BJP and interact with members of the civil society, NGO's, senior citizens, MPP's leaders and Nagas MLAs."

"Further, I had served a calling attention notice to the honourable Speaker of Lok Sabha. Smt. Bijoya Chakraborty, MP, (LS) will assist me during the debate on Manipur issue in Lok Sabha and Shri SS Ahluwalia will raise calling attention follow by Shri Chandan Mitra," MP in Rajya Sabha Sushma said.

Today, after the adjournment of the house due to price hike issue in both houses a high level BJP's team led by Shri Nitin Gadkariji, National President , BJP with Shri Shantikumar Sharma meet Smt. Pratibha Patil, President India at Rashtrapati Bhawan. The high level BJPs team submitted crores of signatures against the price hike from across the country. On today onwards, BJP will launch nation wide agitation against price hike from sadak to sadan(road to Parliament).
