A personal discourse of Manipuri people

Having lots of positive expectations from any source or fields/things is not a healthy mental diet. In this birth land of ours, we are fated with many ill and undesirable circumstances and events caused directly or indirectly, either by us or other external or internal groups. While many, not a few, have fled for good or bad personal and fashionable reasons to other places, I have decided to hold my grounds at this land.

Some mentionable hypothetical sayings of mine, "Our people, our society and our adminstration with respect to our past, geographical, and mental thinking, have mainly as well as deliberately created inevitable issues to rise".

Timings, Manners, Discipline, Logical yet Imaginative, Appreciation, Humanistic Approach, Positivism, Optimism, Innovative and sustainable, and many other good vibes and doings are not seen or found very commonly among we Manipuris. Instead of copying only the external features of fashions and trends of developed countries, let's follow the Japanese timing! the Chinese productivity! the German education, to mention a few, and many more too.

Below given phrases are very important:

"Tomorrow never ends", "There's still time", "The Authorities should be responsible",
"There's no other choice", "Hopeless", "Just leave it and forget it",
"We can do that too, but they've done it already, so no need",
"Haha, look at that, we can do better than that fool",

"Let us support our Art and culture! But, Please lower the performance fee and forgive us for no green room and refreshments, (For the sport persons, let them be awarded, felicitated, and supported if they only win)"
"Education should be free or reasonable fees be taken! Infrastructure should be of top class! But, words speaks so louder than the actions",

"Let's live in the past and take what was in the past","What our ancestors had should be ours! We must be separated and be independent, (whether the historical Knowledge are thoroughly known or not),
"Let's make a new organisation, aside the 1000's of other functional or non functional organisation",

"We have many resources to live separately and human resources are high! Wait, let's beg for some grants and fellowships from the central government! Let's plead and give some hush hush notes",
"Separatism is being sparked since and then among students of same community or different. By using many political propaganda in their numerous unions which is seemed to be leaded by non-students or simply illiterate seniors",

"We must enlarge and uplift our fading religion, tradition, language, while there is need of further research of old books and oral lessons from wise and old or young people. Our new form of religion should be big and great (fanaticism), and worship idols (we weren't Idol worshippers, anthropological findings and old folk art form shows and says so) and do many religious ceremonies which should not affect other community and religious groups (while starting the fire of communal separatism and hatreds)

"Environment should be saved and conserved! Tree plantation must be done frequently! Now, call the media and every known camera person, and capture it very clearly while the elected member or some high level personnel plants the saplings,(The Saplings are to be cared only for that function ceremony only, and later on who cares?),

"Traffic rules must be tight and strict! Forget about the non functional traffic lights. For some days, in order to upload on social medias, traffic rules were nicely organised! Before that and after, if caught, give some hush hush to the poor beggars, or just spend some scolding or jail moonlight!",

"Contractors are given huge amount of money to repair, make, or build up many places such as a roads and bridges. But, who cares for the future? The more the already built ones are broken or damaged, the more they have bigger wallets and enormous bank account."

"The law and the prosecutor are ants when it comes to the power of the mob! They can do anything, anywhere, anytime! Let it be killing, destroying houses and govt premises, or sending away person from their village as if they gave birth to the land. The truth or the false, the right and the wrong, the honest and the dishonest, the justice or injustice, being human or animalistic, nothing seems and seemed to matter to the mob power. This should be included in the world record books",

"What a wonderful performance! So cool and nice! (And now they'll start backbiting via Comments and tweets)"

"Copy cats of other land's music and art forms! Copy cats of everything which isn't patented or copyrighted, and this is such nice art form of Manipur, as they say l!"

"Let's unite and be firm but first, give me some money",

"I'll change our society! Now, give away some money and liquor to those maggots",

"I'll treat my patients with my heart and soul but first give me some more money than before and don't beat us if the patient dies, whether by fate or by my error"

"Students are the pillars and we teachers are sacrificing for them,

Hey! You, why did you fail? You must get 100% in the exams! When will you give the school fee? Where's the school supplied bags and books, it isn't costly at all, don't mind the quality though"

"Comparison is bad, wait, my son got more marks than yours",

"Let's stop tobacco and pollution, (spits out some tobacco fluids and threw away the packet on the street road)", – These are only a few famous phrases of ours! What a proud thing we have! Isn't this very good?
