Imphal, December 10 2011: As a part of College Week Celebration programme among B Ed students, RK Sanatombi Devi College of Education Imphal organised a lecture programme addressed by A Balakrishnan, vice president, Vivekananda Kendra, Vivekanandapuram, Kanyakumari Tamil Nadu today at 7 am, informed a release issued by the institution.

Balakrishnan was here in the State in connection with a national level 150th birthday celebration of Swami Vivekananda.

During his speech, the distinguished guest has brought out six points of the principles of humanity, emphasising on "Going straight to one's profession without any other diversion", "Work culture-working ethics", "Character building-without it life is meaningless", "Love for one's own country-without true love no dedication can come forth" .
