Imphal, January 28 2009: One PULF (Azad) cadre identified as S/S Cpl (Fin) Md Amzad Khan (21) s/o Md Ibu Miya of Yairipok Singa Mayai Leikai has been apprehended by troops of 34 AR from Wangkhem area today.

He has been handed over to Yairipok police station, informed an AR PRO release.

One KCP cadre was also arrested by Thoubal police commandos from Tangjeng along NH 39 at about 4.30 pm yesterday, informed SP Thoubal Clay Khongsai in a release.

The KCP cadre has been identified as Kshetrimayum Loken (45) s/o Ksh Tonu of Singjamei Kshetri Leikai, added the release.
