Imphal, February 24 2009: The United Development Association (UDA), Khangabok, Thoubal deeply condemned and refuted against the statements published in the state bound dailies The Sangai Express and Naharolgi Thoudang which stated that the former secretary and current joint secretary of UDA, L Kanhai of Khangabok Mayai Leikai has been alleged by Thoubal SP as a cadre People Liberation Army (PLA), a proscribed organization.
