Imphal, March 05 2009:: Based on specific information, troops of 29 Assam Rifles of 26 Sector under HQ IGAR (S) arrested one PLA travelling in a Tata Sumo (MN01K-4613) coming from Moreh to Imphal while establishing a mobile check post at Tengnoupal yesterday.

On questioning, the arrested PLA cadre identified as E Robinson (21) s/o Chaoba Singh of Thoubal Leishangthem disclosed that he was going to Imphal for liaison with other cadres of PLA, conveyed a press release.
