Imphal, August 12 2009: Heingang Kontha Makha Leikai Model Club has flayed the government negligence to treat the injured victims of Khwairamband incident on July 23 .

A statement issued by the club's secretary S Tondang, decried that all the injured victims of the incident have not been paid attention by the government including P Lukhoi, one of the injured victims who hails from this locality.

Sharing the grief of the bereaved families of all the victims, the club urged the concerned authority to prevent the recurrence of such incident.
