Upgradation of Saikot TD block demanded

Imphal, November 23 2011: Saikot Sub-Division Demand Joint Action Committee (SSDDJAC) has demanded upgradation of Saikot TD Block to the level of SDO circle.

Submitting a memorandum to the Chief Minister, SSDDJAC demanded upgradation of Saikot TD Block to the status of SDO circle in the larger interest of the people and for the end of justice.

Signed jointly by its Chairman Timothy Z Zote and Secretary R Lalkaisanga, the copy of the memorandum is also said to have been forwarded to other Ministers and officials concerned of the state government.
