Imphal, August 18 2009:
All those masquerading as revolutionaries but going after easy money by abusing the name of revolutionaries will be targeted with immediate effect.
A press release issued by KCP (MC)'s military affairs secretary Lanheiba Meitei conveyed that the central security council of the outfit has adopted a resolution in this regard.
Subsequently, KFL (Kanglei Feengang Lanmee) have been authorised to punish all those harassing public and earning money for their own welfare in the name of the outfit.
Similar actions will also be initiated against all those collaborating with the imposters and pseudo- revolutionaries.
Taking serious note of the state's attitude to suppress people's democratic movement with sheer military force, Lanheiba emphasised the paramount importance of strong and disciplined KFL to defeat the system of India.
Noting that Kangleipak (Manipur) had its own culture, religion, language, history and political system, the outfit questioned why the people of Manipur should not prepare for a decisive battle.
If it was assumed that all those people killed in the last 60 years were insurgents, who challenged Indian rule in Manipur, it was more than clear that the people of Manipur wished to live as a free nation rather than under the Indian rule, the outfit asserted.
Responding to people's movement for justice with brute force using rubber bullets, tear gas shells and batons as witnessed in the present case of people's movement against the BT Road fake encounter, also evoked a serious question among the mass whether the people of Manipur were not citizens of India.
Decrying the alleged state policy of suppressing all democratic movements of the people with brute force, the KCP (MC) questioned the system of Indian democracy with reference to its implementation in Manipur.
The outfit also sought public cooperation towards its effort to uproot all those pseudo revolutionaries and impostors.
