Imphal, February 19 2009: Disapproval has been pouring in from all quarters of the civil, political, students and others condemning the "cowardly" and "barbaric" murder of Kasom Khullen SDO Kishan along with his driver Rajen and mandal Token today also.

HERICOUN while expressing condemnation to the murder of three alleged that they took the SDO was killed by the murderers in conspiracy with the DC, Ukhrul.

All responsibly of the murder case should be fixed to the DC stated in the statement of the HERICOUN.

The All India Student Federation (AISF) Manipur state council also in a statement said that the merciless murder has shocked the people of the state.

It also insisted the state government to find the culprits at the earliest and punish them so that such heinous crimes do not repeat.

The RJD, Manipur also condemn the act and asked the people not to be communal as a result of the act of the savage murderers.

The National Identity Protection Committee (NIPCO) has expressed condemnation over the killing of Dr Kishan and two of his staff.

Strongly condemning the killing of SDO Dr Thingnam Kishan and two of is subordinates, the Meira Paibi Welfare Association Kangleipak (MEPWAK), in a release termed it as an act of terrorism.

The Social United Club Organisation (SUCO), Imphal East has condoled the demise of Dr Kishan and two of his subordinates by observing two minutes silence, a release said.

It also urged the government to nab the culprits immediately.

All Manipur Women's Social Reformation and Development Samaj, All Manipur Elementary School Teachers' Association, Workers' Union Manipur, Vision Foundation Manipur have joined in registering their strong condemnation over the killing of Dr Kishan and two of his subordinates.
