Personnel of Central Reserved Police Force (CRPF) and their families will get free treatments at the Shija Hospital and Research Institute, Langol as memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between the authorities of the private undertaking hospital and CRPF today in this regard.
On behalf of the CRPF, IGP CRPF, Manipur and Nagaland range, RC Tayal signed the MoU while managing director Kh Pallin represent the Shija Hospital and Research Institute, Langol in the presence of the DIG MS, Raghava Imphal range of the CRPF.
The MoU was signed during a function held at the auditorium of the CRPF Group Centre, Langjing, Imphal, in which the DIG, Raghavan graced as chief guest.
Director of Shija Hospital and Research Institute, Dr Kh Pallin and medical staffs of the institute and officers and personnel of CRPF along with their families attended the function.
Raghavan, speaking on the occasion revealed that the MoU signed today was in accordance with the Central Service (Medical Attendance) Rule and it will facilitate free medical treatment facilities to the personnel of the CRPF and their families at the Shija Hospital.
With the signing of the MoU, a long cherish dream of the CRPF personnel posting in Manipur and Nagaland have been fulfilled, he said.
He further observed that Shija Hospital is one of the pioneers privately run hospital providing excellent healthcare service in the North Eastern Region of the country.
He is satisfied with the thing that CRPF personnel are going to avail the free medical treatment in such a prestigious hospital of the region.
Managing director of the hospital spoke elaborately on the facilities that could be availed by the patients in his hospital.
