Is Automatic Trailer Machine (ATM) service in the nationalized and private undertaking banks in the state not accurate? While customers were expressing unsatisfactory in the service of the ATM, complaints of error in the balance management of the personal account of individuals floated.
ATM card holders complained of detecting reduction in the balance in their bank accounts even though they did not withdraw money and inaccuracy in the balance in the account after withdrawal of money.
Some others complaint of no balance in their accounts even though no money withdrawn at all.
Besides these, some customers complaint of deducting of money from the balance even though the exact amount was not allowed to trailer from the ATM boots at the time of transaction.
Even though, the ATM commanded transaction failed, some customers complained of reflecting as money withdrawn from the accounts.
Even if the customers lodged complaint with the authorities of the bank, no satisfactorily clarification could be got from them.
In such conditions, there is the condition of customers being the faultier, they complaint.
As bank authorities explained a lengthy process when asked for the procedure to lodge complains to the higher authorities, customers are still at dark.
Some even expressed unwillingness as they do not lost much amount due to the alleged error in the ATM services.
It is also alleged that bank officials are not taking interest and help the customers to relief from the grievances facing by them.
They are not willingly welcome the customers forgetting that they are paid for the customer service.
