PWD team inspects Chandel Mini Secretariat and Moreh ADC complex

Moreh, November 11 2011: An official team of PWD, Chandel Division led by Executive Engineer N Milan Singh inspected the work progress of construction of Chandel Mini Secretariat building and Moreh ADC complex today.

The Executive Engineer strictly directed the contractors to complete the works within the stipulated time of December this year.

The State Government is planning to inaugurate the Chandel Mini Secretariat and Moreh ADC complex in December this year.

Construction of DLO office, transit hostel I and II and security barak being constructed at ADC complex are almost completed.

It may be mentioned that construction works were disrupted due to heavy rainfall and landslides occurred inside the complex during rainy season.

Various community leaders of the border town also accompanied the PWD team during the visit.

They urged the Executive Engineer to repair the caved in portion of the road inside the ADC complex at the earliest.
