Workshop on UN International Day in Support of Victims of Torture, 2012 at Imphal

UNITED NATIONS INTERNATIONAL DAY IN SUPPORT OF VICTIMS OF TORTURE 26TH June, 2012,
the Human to Humane Transcultural Centre for Trauma & Torture (H2H), Imphal
under the aegis of Centre for Organization Research and Education (CORE),
Human Rights Alert and
the Department of Clinical Psychology of the Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal
are jointly organizing
a four days Practitioners' Workshop
- "ROAD TO PSYCHOSOCIAL SUPPORT AND REHABILITATION IN CONFLICT SITUATIONS"
from 23rd -26th June 2012
at the Sri Sri Govindaji Nartnalaya, Palace Compound, Imphal.
The workshop will focus on capacity building for practitioners who are providing counseling and psychosocial supports to clients including women and
children in conflict areas. The workshop programme will also include field visits to families and institutes which are the concern of Human Right issues in Manipur.
